MURDER

Treacherous daggers,
sharp and utterly vicious,
once again plunge deep
from behind my weary soul,
searching for that sea of damned emotions.

They seek to break my resolve,
destroy my spirit, and go for the final kill.

Only to find my silence,
but my soul cries murder.

  3. They say that poetry isn't supposed to be all angst. I agree. But man, does it help to put angsts on paper!!!

  4. there are shades of darkness. Some shades are fun, some deemed cool , while there exist the sickness,.. nothing just pure and sick. That's where "cool" people start to get disgusted, and suddenly starts accusing the dark side as vile,, which is a joke , we are vile from the start.

by the way , poetry is all containing, if you add a restriction to it, you are not writing poetry anymore, you are just wrting "homework". So there is poetry in anger, infact in hatred, death , blood and gore.

  5. Thanks for your comments, Poet. I didn't really think anyone would be able to read it now because it's been months since I wrote this. I set it just now for "everyone" to see because my high school friend wanted to read some of my stuff and I wanted her to have access to some of them. It was my promise, so...

Anyway, your comments are appreciated :)
